Lane Angus Beef is a family-owned cattle operation based in Gates County, North Carolina, offering premium Black Angus beef and Angus cattle for sale. We are committed to providing quality products backed by generations of experience.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Acceptance of your order occurs once payment has been processed and your order has been confirmed.
Lane Angus Beef reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory availability, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Many of our beef products are sold by weight. Final pricing may vary slightly depending on the actual packaged weight of your selected cuts.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer shipping to eligible locations within the United States, as well as local pickup for qualifying orders.
Shipping rates, delivery times, and availability are displayed during checkout.
While we carefully package every order using insulated materials and cold-chain shipping methods, delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive perishable shipments upon delivery.
5. Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email when their order is ready.
Orders should be picked up during the scheduled pickup time unless other arrangements have been made.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review each situation individually and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
7. Product Information
Our beef is naturally raised and individually packaged. Because our products are natural agricultural products, variations in size, marbling, color, and weight are normal and do not constitute defects.
Cooking results may vary depending on preparation methods.
8. Cattle Sales
Information regarding Angus cattle offered for sale is believed to be accurate; however, Lane Angus Beef makes no guarantees beyond those specifically provided at the time of sale.
Additional terms may apply to cattle purchases, including deposits, health documentation, transportation, and transfer of ownership.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Lane Angus Beef unless otherwise noted.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
